Maybe you have noticed that more and more coffee companies are advertising theirs as “Organic” compared to companies that have no such label. Often times organic coffee corresponds with higher prices and generally speaking; more hipster labels. This can be a deterrent when purchasing coffee, however, here is my plea to help you consider choosing the organic coffee when you have the opportunity financially.
My plea is simple; put a face to your money. Don’t let your money get shipped around through big corporations; let it stay in town, with the person you know, who puts food on their table by putting money back into businesses that support your friends and family. Support them and they will support you. Uphold them and they will uphold you.

Stop ordering the light roast because you ‘want less caffeine’. That’s a terrible move.
