If you have ever been around a coffee nerd, you may have heard the phrase “3rd Wave Coffee” bounced around and over glorified. You may have also seen this on a coffee label or heard it in referring to certain companies as opposed to others; I am here to save you from your lack of knowledge.
It seems the world has trouble understanding how Espresso differentiates from regular coffee: I’m here to solve this problem.
First off, let me clarify; it’s Espresso, not Expresso. There is simply no “X” in Espresso.
The International Coffee Organization (ICO) just announced that the U.S. has decided to withdraw from the agreement settled back in 2007. The agreement was aimed at helping producing and consuming countries by promoting a sustainable expansion of the coffee market. The withdrawal of the U.S. could potentially be very hazardous to coffee producing countries.
